Lil Double Wheel Hoe Conversion Kit

The kit converts your single wheel hoe to a Lil Double Wheel Hoe. The kit contains 2 dust-caps, axle, steel wheel, and lock washer. Change the arms that connect the wheel to the toolbar from one side to the other, insert the Axle, install the steel wheel and you have a Lil Double Wheel Hoe.
