What is Covered

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below.

How Long Coverage Lasts

This warranty runs for one year from the date of purchase.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight or chemicals (For information on how to prevent fading or discoloration, consult our office.)

What We Will Do

Hoss Tools will repair any item that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event repair is not possible, Hoss Tools will either replace your item with new item of similar composition and price, or refund the full purchase price of your item, whichever you prefer.

Contact our Hoss Tools dealer at 229-769-3999 or www.hosstools.com. A representative will take any necessary action to correct problems covered by this warranty.

How State Law Applies

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Return Policy

• Will pay for all standard shipping costs, charge no restocking fee and accept all returned items when the return is a result of our error.
• Unopened items within 30 days of delivery 100% refund or exchange excluding shipping
• Opened items within 30 days of delivery: 10% restocking fee
• Require proof of purchase
• You must call for a return authorization prior to returning any product. Items received without authorization will not be accepted.
• Any item missing from the order must be reported to the company within 5 days of receipt.
• After purchase, parts found to be a mismatch for the application are eligible for credit

Cancellations:

• On-Line orders must be voided the same day. All cancellations after 24 hours will be made by refund check within 30 days.
• All imprint orders cancelled after 36 hours will be charged work done. If item is printed no cancellation allowed.

If you need to cancel an order call us between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Eastern standard. Have your order information available for reference.

Lost or Disputed Deliveries

Lost items during shipping will be handled through a claim in accordance with the shipper’s policy. Packages reported as delivered by the shipping company that are being disputed as such by the recipient will be treated as a dispute between the shipping company and the recipient and we will only reship in cases in which we are compensated by the shipping company.

We offer signature required delivery to assist in the safe delivery of your order, selecting such will assist greatly in ensuring correct delivery.

Parts found to be defective in design or workmanship within one year from date of purchase is covered under warranty. We encourage your feedback in these areas at any time.
